Allan Gray’s iconic building at Silo 1 in Cape Town’s V&A Waterfront boasts an impressive 6 star Green Building rating.

The professional team who put together this world class project included Rick Brown Architects and Interior Design company Collaboration. Inova won the contract to supply optimum furniture solutions in the public spaces and workspace areas throughout the 6 storey complex.

Stylish furniture pieces from Italian manufacturer Arper complement the volumous void spaces on the ground floor, where the impressive reception area and waiting lounges lead into client interview booths, a large auditorium, function rooms, restaurant, dining area and balcony pause areas. Each of the other five floor levels is characterized by a color coded theme of work spaces and meeting pods with carefully chosen designer furniture pieces.
